Refund and Digital Products Policy

Thank you for shopping with Premium PDF Hub. We sell digital products, including downloadable PDF guides, e-books, prompt packs, templates, bundles, and other digital learning resources.
Because our products are delivered digitally, this policy is different from a physical product returns policy. There are no physical items to return, and we do not require customers to ship anything back to us.
Overview
Our refund request period lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a product has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or made available to you, unless there is a valid issue with the product or your legal rights require otherwise.
Digital Downloads and Cancellation Rights
Premium PDF Hub products are supplied as digital content. By purchasing and accessing or downloading a digital product, you agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately.
Once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, you may lose your right to cancel the purchase, except where required by applicable consumer law.
When Refunds May Be Approved
We may approve a refund if:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
- You were charged incorrectly.
- The download link does not work and we cannot fix the issue.
- You did not receive access to the purchased file and we cannot provide it.
- The file is corrupted or incomplete and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You received the wrong digital product.
- The product was materially different from the description on the product page.
When Refunds Are Not Usually Available
Refunds are not usually available if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake after the product was delivered.
- You no longer need the product.
- You expected different results from using the guide.
- You did not read the product description before buying.
- You downloaded, accessed, copied, or used the digital product.
- You shared the file with someone else.
- You cannot use the product because of software, device, or compatibility issues that were not caused by us.
- The product was bought during a sale, discount, promotion, or bundle offer, unless required by law.
Download Issues
If you have trouble downloading or opening your PDF, please contact us first. We will try to help you access the product or provide a replacement download link where possible.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally buy the same digital product more than once, contact us within 30 days. If we can confirm the duplicate purchase, we may refund the duplicate order or offer store credit.
Exchanges and Replacements
Because our products are digital, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if you receive the wrong file or a damaged/corrupted file, we will provide the correct or working version at no extra cost.
Sale Items and Bundles
Sale items, discounted products, promotional offers, and digital bundles follow the same digital product refund rules. They are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless there is a valid technical issue, duplicate charge, wrong file, or another reason required by law.
Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will process it back to your original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider, bank, PayPal, card issuer, or WooCommerce payment gateway. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet:
- Check your bank, PayPal, or card account again.
- Contact your card provider or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

No Shipping Returns
Premium PDF Hub sells digital products only. You do not need to return any physical item.
Please do not mail any products to us. We do not accept physical returns for digital PDF products.
Account and Download Access
If your order is connected to a customer account, your digital downloads may be available inside your Premium PDF Hub account area. If you cannot access your account or downloads, contact us for support.
